Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #8 (SEYMOURDINI) (8-5) - The probable favorite, he's stretching out to a mile in his third lifetime start. $900,000 son of 'Bernardini' has finished 2nd, beaten a 1/2 length in a pair of six-furlong sprints at this level in his first two attempts. Bred to like this mile trip, and he's the horse to beat.
nd pick: #5 (Barahona) (8-1) - Colt moves to the dirt after a pair of sharp efforts on the Belmont grass. He was a 'winner' there at this level and distance Oct. 18th, but was disqualified and placed 3rd. He has early speed and is a threat if he brings his turf form to the main track.
rd pick: #3 (Seat of Honor) (5-1) - Blinkers go on this grey home bred by leading sire 'Tapit.' He rallied to finish a close up 4th at this level and distance Oct. 8th at Belmont. He was far behind 'Seymourdini' in his sprint debut, but should narrow that gap in this spot.
th pick: #2 (Moegan Avenue) (12-1) - Debuting son of 'Uncle Mo' has a fine series of works on view for a capable first out barn (Dom Schettino, 20%). Longshot may grab a share at a square price if ready.
th pick: #6 (Street Heat) (8-1) - From the dangerous barn of Chad Brown, debuting son of 'Street Sense' is working steadily for his first attempt. Brown wins at an excellent 28% rate with first-time starters going seven-furlongs or longer.
