Top pick: #10 (CRUSHIN ROCK) - Home-bred by "Real Quiet" raced evenly after a troubled start at Belmont sprinting for a $20k tag on Oct. 21. Effort was his first in 3 1/2 months and trainer Bruce Levine brings him back quickly and will stretch him out to a mile. He looks set for a big race.
2nd pick: #12 (Lawyer Jim) - Improving gelding by "Lawyer Ron" rallied from far back to finish second here at this tag 7 trip just four days ago. Race was his first off a trainer change to Leah Gyarmati and I like this quick turnaround.
3rd pick: #3 (Magic Harbor) - Grey gelding has races in his past on the grass that make him a threat if repeatable. Excellent barn (Jason Servis) drops him to a new low in price and and has his local go-to rider (Jose Lezcano) aboard.
4th pick: #8 (Praetorian Guard) - He's been freshened up since earning a career best figure when finishing third at this tag 7 trip at Belmont Sept. 27. Stalker need only repeat that effort to be a factor this afternoon.
