Premium Pick

Top pick: #8 (FLATBOW) (4-1) - One of two entered by trainer Todd Pletcher and the pair race uncoupled. Daughter of "Broken Vow" made a strong bid while wide in her debut and held to finish third to a good-looking winner. The horse to beat.

2nd pick: #2 (Predicate) (5-1) - Speedy filly has been competitive in all four dirt starts and last out set a fast and pressured pace before tiring late to finish third at this distance. $200K daughter of "Congrats" is a win candidate.

3rd pick: #9 (Premura) (7-2) - Nice debut saw her set the pace and hold to finish second at the Spa on Sept. 1, then was eliminated when stumbling at the break in her latest. Working fine, draws well, and is a win candidate.

4th pick: #3 (Julie Napp) (6-1) - Daughter of "Curlin" raced evenly after a terrible in her start in her debut and will be stretching out in her second outing. Look for an improved effort.
