Top pick: #7 (THIS GUY IS BLUE) (12-1) - Price play has run "sneakily" well in his first pair, and last out was "bumped" soundly when ready to make a move. Son of "Medaglia d'Oro" can take this wide open affair at long odds.
nd pick: #10 (Good Response) (5-2) - He exits the same Sept. 28th Belmont contest as "Guy," and he just missed that day while four lengths in front of that rival. Another son of "Medaglia d'Oro", Darley home-bred is an obvious contender, but draws a difficult outside post on this "tight" course.
rd pick: #5 (All Tied Up) (8-1) - Grey colt has more early speed than most that have started, and he's from the barn of Todd Pletcher. Improving and he should be involved from start-to-finish.
th pick: #4 (Romans Paradise) (20-1) - Longshot has had poor starts in both outings and raced evenly in each once in stride. Son of "Hard Spun" could be a factor at a huge price with a "clean" getaway.
th pick: #9 (Sycamore Lane) (5-1) - He improved dramatically when moved to the turf last out, and was beaten a "head' at Belmont going a mile facing $65K claimers. This is a much tougher group, but son of "Artie Schiller' must be left in the mix.
