Top pick: #7 (ALPHA J) (5-2) - Nice debut on March 15th saw her break from the rail, race a bit rank, then ease out and rally to finish second. Owned/trained/ and bred by Scott Schwartz, he brings her back quickly and she draw a nice post at this 6.5 furlong trip.
2nd pick: #6 (Curlin N Twirlin) (7-2) - Filly has early speed and is working nicely for her first start since March 24. Daughter of "Curlin" cost $100K and should be involved today from start to finish.
3rd pick: #1 (Typhoon Teri) (3-1) - Daughter of "Stormy Atlanntic" comes off a career best when she rallied to finish second at this level on Feb. 21. She was only beaten a 1/2 length and it came in her second back from almost a 4 1/2 month layoff.
4th pick: #4 (Concealed) (4-1) - In the high-percentage barn of Dave Jacobson, she finished a troubled third when debuting on March 15th, and was 2 1/2 lengths back of "Alpha" on the wire. Can factor with a "clean" trip.
