Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #6 (CROWD FUNDING) (7-2) - Lightly raced gelding is shortening up in distance for this attempt. He tired as the favorite going a one-turn mile Nov. 26th. He was under heavy pressure that day while setting quick fractions. Trainer Chad Brown has him set for a big effort.
2nd pick: #4 (Apostrophe) (3-1) - Nice debut last June saw him break sharply and set a solid pace before weakening to finish a close up 3rd going seven furlongs at Belmont Park. Son of 'Tiznow' has been on the sidelines since, but you do know he can fire fresh.
3rd pick: #7 (Amoral) (5-2) - He rallied from close range to finish 2nd of seven, beaten by just over six lengths when debuting here Dec. 10th. He's worked since, and trainer Kiaran McLaughlin wins at a 28% clip second time out. An obvious threat.
4th pick: #1 (May Be a Diamond) (8-1) - If for some reason 'Apostrophe' isn't ready, this lightly raced colt would be the main speed. He's racing second back off a 6 1/2 month layoff and has blinkers added. Price play.
