Trainer George Weaver brings him back quickly and this gelding can take this at a square price.
2nd pick: #7 (Big East) (2-1) - The morning line and probable favorite, he finished a pace-setting second here at this level and trip Jan 1. Claimed that day by Joe Imperio, new trainer adds both blinkers and Lasix. Speedy sort is a strong win candidate.
3rd pick: #8 (Par) (5-1) - NEW gelding draws another outside post. His lack of speed has led to wide trips in all three outings and may limit him to a small slice unless he shows more speed.
4th pick: #3 (Shootout) (6-1) - Ramsey runner has raced evenly in both starts here facing tougher. He broke poorly sprinting in his debut, then tired in his latest after racing within range. He's dropping to a new low and draws inside of the other three selections.
