Top pick: #3 (LIVE LIFE FAST) (5-2) - Lightly raced and well-bred. Daughter of "Bernardini" will be stretching out in distance and running with blinkers on. She seems better on the grass, but meets a weak field, and was competitive last out going seven-furlongs on the dirt.
2nd pick: #5 (Uman Candy) (7-2) - Her entire six race career has been on the turf, and home-bred by "Candy Ride" has shown enough that she's a win candidate if she can repeat her form on the dirt.
3rd pick: #1 (Bi Light of Day) (4-1) - She has the rail, some early speed, and comes off a fine effort here on the grass on Nov. 16th. Lightly raced, think she'll be sent hard, and is a win candidate in a rather sub-par field for the level.
4th pick: #8 (Madison V) (15-1) - Longshot has some early speed, and will be stretching out in distance in her third back from a five-month break. The presence of front-end specialist C.C. Lopez means she'll be sent hard and try and clear off into the turn. Don't just ignore.
