Top pick: #6 (KOOL CHARLI) (7-2) - Home bred by "Tale of the Cat" raced both wide and evenly when debuting facing tougher going a mile on Nov. 15. Trainer Mike Dilger (25% second time out) drops her down and filly meets a weak field for this tag. The horse to beat.
2nd pick: #4 (Lightning Lilly) (6-1) - She finished a pace-setting second at this level on a sloppy surface on Nov. 6. Well backed that day she was caught in the last few strides while hanging on gamely. Daughter of "Roaring Fever" should be involved from start-to-finish.
3rd pick: #1 (Jadam) (7-2) - Freshened up since Oct. 1, filly was competitive in one of two at that time facing tougher. She's working steadily, draws the rail, and trainer Dom Schettino wins at a 24% clip on this particular class drop.
4th pick: #8 (Oohlala) (4-1) - Her lack of speed is a concern but last out she rallied to only be a 1/2 length back of "Lightning Lilly." Filly had faced much tougher prior to that and must be left in the mix.
