2nd pick: #1 (Cocktail Hour) - Very valuable filly ( by "Dynaformer" out of a "Mr. Prospector" mare) didn't show much interest in her debut at Gulfstream but this group is easier and she's in a barn (Jimmy Jerkens) that's always better 2nd time out (27%). Lasix is added (33%) and Dominguez takes the ride. She'll run much better today.
3rd pick: #2 (Sapphire Mink) - Daughter of "Unbridled's Song" finished an even 3rd last fall when debuting at 6 furlongs on the Belmont turf and will be making her seasonal debut today. She trained in Florida but didn't start there and can factor if ready. Prado's presence is noted.
