Top pick: #11 (BELLAMY) - Trainer Tom Albertrani brings this colt by "Bellamy Road" back quickly for this attempt and 3yo moves off the inside which he had in his last pair. He has enough tactical early foot to get a nice spot heading into the turn and can win this turning for home.
2nd pick: #6 (Cameron Canyon) - He's been entered and scratched a couple of times by trainer Dom Galluscio as he searches for the right spot. Speedy colt has a fine series of works showing as he goes off a 2 1/2 month layoff this afternoon and would have made him the top choice if not for a winless apprentice jockey aboard.
3rd pick: #8 (My Cousin Eddie) - He has some early speed, but has backed up in all five appearances and faces pace pressure from both sides in this contest. May hang on for a small share.
4th pick: #5 (Keyaly) - Strong finisher is making his 33rd start, so it's hard to make him more than a minor player again this afternoon. Gelding has nine "in the money" finishes and will be closing fast.
