Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #4 (ALWAYS A QUEEN) (2-1) - She raced evenly when debuting at Saratoga going 7 furlongs facing tougher Sept. 1, then was pulled up Oct. 5 at Belmont when she took a bad step. Home bred has worked three times since and trainer Todd Pletcher will drop her into a claimer, 41% (26 of 70) with that move in 2018-19.
2nd pick: #5 (Our Lady of Loreto) (4-1) - One of two entered by Rudy Rodriguez and the pair race uncoupled. She showed good early speed while between horses before weakening late when debuting for a $50K tag Sept. 26 at Belmont. Given a 6 week break, she drops down in price and runs with blinkers on.
3rd pick: #2 (Mayas Miracle) (6-1) - Filly ships up from Maryland where she had traffic issues when missing by almost 3 lengths debuting in a Laurel turf sprint Oct. 5. She drops a bit while switching to the dirt and trainer Jeremiah O'Dwyer, 25 of 132 (19%) this year has Joel Rosario aboard.
4th pick: #8 (La Negrita) (5-1) - The second of the pair from Rudy Rodriguez, she's switching from grass to dirt, shortens up in distance, and is dropping down. Her outside post is a plus and she must be left in the mix.
