Top pick: #5 (BOND VIGILANTE) - Colt was part of a heavily favored entry when debuting in a 6 furlong sprint on March 2nd and finished 6th of 11, beaten just under 6 lengths. He had a very rough trip and has been working fast since for trainer Chad Brown (29% second-time out). He stretches out to a one-turn mile and is the horse to beat.
2nd pick: #8 (Fiona's Hero) - He exits the same March 2nd race as "Vigilante" and also had a less than perfect trip. Trainer Doim Schettino has worked him twice since and this home-bred draws a nice outside post at this "flat" mile.
3rd pick: #6 (Chrisandlorisposse) - He was very wide last out after breaking from a tough outside post going two-turns on Feb. 16. He'd finished second in his previous pair and has good early speed to utilize. In the mix.
4th pick: #4 (Seventy Six) - Strong finisher has finished second in both starts since returning from a seven week break on Feb. 16. Can factor, but this field drew tough for the level.
