Top pick: #3 (UNBRIDLED LOGIC) (5-2) - Claimed at Churchill Downs by trainer Bruce Levine for $30,000 on Nov. 11, gelding finished second here when racing on the grass for a $50K tag on Dec. 6 in his first for the new barn. Improving and this newly turned 3-year-old has run well on the dirt in the past and had excuses in most of those appearances.
2nd pick: #4 (Al's Rosie) (4-1) - One of two entered by trainer Gary Contessa and the pair race uncoupled. Filly raced evenly in her first pair facing tougher and will drop into a claimer for the first time.
3rd pick: #7 (In Todd We Trust) (2-1) - Named after and trained by Todd Pletcher, colt by "Tiznow" cost a whopping $470,000 and has run very poorly in both his starts to date. Barn drops him into a $35K claimer today, so whatever talent he has should come out in this spot.
5th pick: #5 (Stick to Your Guns) (6-1) - The second of the Contessa pair, she rallied to finish a non-threatening third last out when dropped to this level for the first time. Barn adds blinkers and despite facing mostly males, she can factor at a square price.
