Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #4 (INVISIBLE CROWN) (7-2) - Strong finisher has been sharp in four of five since switching to the grass. He's finished second in three of those and was beaten a 1/2 length here at this level and distance Nov 19. He draws a better post for this, and it's veteran Cornelio Velasquez on and apprentice Cancel off.
nd pick: #9 (King of Spades) (5-2) - Lightly-raced and very expensive ($250K), his connections drop him into a claimer for the first time. Freshened up since Sept 27, 3-year-old by 'Street Cry' has finished close up in his last pair facing much tougher. Along with the drop, trainer Graham Motion adds Lasix. An obvious threat.
rd pick: #3 (Updraft) (6-1) - Godolphin home bred has some early speed and tired late Oct 15 at Belmont. It was his first at this level and he should be involved from start-to-finish.
th pick: #8 (Tap Smartly) (8-1) - Another who is well bred and expensive ($190K), he was only a bit over a length behind 'Invisible Crown' last out. He fits on figures and should be a big price.
th pick: #7 (Gunlock) (12-1) - Away for the past 13 months, he's dropping in class and racing on the grass for the first time. May factor if ready.
