Top pick: #4 (MARKET OUTLOOK) (7-5) - Very lightly raced 5yo ships from Gulfstream Park where he finished fifth of 10, beaten 3-lengths racing at this level going 8.5-furlongs Feb. 21st. It was his first back off an 11-month layoff, and trainer Chad Brown has had him gelded since. Takes this with his best.
2nd pick: #3 (Peaceful Talk) (5-2) - Speedy sort has been freshened up since Jan. 1st when he was an impressive gate-to-wire on the inner surface in a high-end starter-allowance. He's won on the grass in the past and speed always does well on the turf course. A strong win candidate, and I could have easily made him the top pick.
3rd pick: #6 (Orino) (7-2) - Unraced since late November, he's the only horse entered who has a previous win on this 'tight' course. Stalker was in training this winter at Palm Meadows in Florida and should be ready for his seasonal bow.
