Solid effort was her first since Dec. 7, the day trainer Dom Galluscio claimed her for $16K. She's since come back with a fast work on March 10th and will be tough on the front end.
2nd pick: #4 (Lily Lynn) (5-2) - Mare has some back class and last out had some traffic issues when finishing fourth when facing tougher on March 3rd. Race was her first in two months and this strong finisher is brought back on short notice by veteran John Parisella.
3rd pick: #6 (Delightful Dawn) (7-2) - She was claimed from Parisella last out by Nick Canani for $12.5K and she just missed that day in a 6-furlong sprint. New barn brings her back 1n 15 days, bumps her up in price, and stretches her back out in distance. Her record at this distance is (9-1-4-2) with all of those starts coming in Florida.
4th pick: #1 (Evan's Rocket) (12-1) - Longshot has been saddled with tough outside posts in her last three starts and move to the rail for this assignment. Not a win candidate, but she could round out the tri at a big price.
