Top pick: #1a (RING KNOCKER) (2-1) - Speedy sort has finished second in all three starts at this level. Her only sub-par outing was on Oct. 4th at Belmont when she raced both wide & evenly in the G1 "Frizette" stakes. She gets the slightest of edge over #7 Doukas.
2nd pick: #7 (Doukas) (9-5) - The probable favorite, filly has also finished second in three of four outings. Her latest on Nov. 20th was her first ever on the dirt and earned her a career best "figure." A strong win candidate.
3rd pick: #4 (Been Here Before) (4-1) - Darley home bred appears the type that has talent, but has been a bit "green" in both starts to date. Daughter of "Tapit" is training nicely for this attempt and races with Lasix administered for the first time. That's a solid 29% winning angle from trainer Kiaran McLaughlin. A price play option to the top two selections.
