Daughter of 'Flatter' has tired in each, but did hold down the show spot at Belmont 28. She's worked twice since and can go wire-to-wire on this speed favoring main track.
2nd pick: #6 (Lil Renegade) (2-1) - Filly is dropping to a new low in class, switching from turf to dirt, and is cutting back in distance. She's raced evenly in several dirt races facing tougher and trainer Mitch Friedman adds blinkers.
3rd pick: #3 (Bustin Aces) (5-1) - Debuting home bred is by G1 sprint winner 'Bustin Stones.' Filly has been in steady training since mid-August and has nine published local works. Trainer Bruce Levine is capable first out (15%) and this 3-year-old need not be anything special to factor against this group.
4th pick: #7 (Wantagh Queen) (15-1) - Long shot is dropping down a bit but last winter she lost twice at this level. She's cutting back in distance and gets seven lbs off with apprentice Cancel aboard. May grab a slice of this at a big price.
