Top pick: #6 (SHARPANDWITTY) (5-2) - Filly has finished 2nd in three stright at this level and distance and it's 10lb apprentice Davis off and veteran Rajiv Maragh on. Speed/stalker had a nice half-mile breeze at Belmont on march 30 and is the horse to beat.
2nd pick: #7 (Dixie Sparkle) (5-1) - She had to be sent hard fron an inside post in a large field (12) in the same last race as "Sharpandwitty" and tired to finish 4th while finishing 5 lengths back of that rival. She's since come back with a quick a.m. drill and should be involved from start-to-finish.
3rd pick: #8 (Rocky Field) (7-2) - Since dropping down to this level, home-bred has gone (4-0-2-1) and one run type draws outside of the speed, which is to her advantage. Must be left in the win mix.
4th pick: #5 (Ms True Way) (6-1) - Mare raced wide and evenly when checking-in 4th of 8, beaten just under 7 lengths at this level and distance March 21st. It was her 2nd back from a 5 1/2 month layoff and she could grab a small slice at a big price.
