She rallied while wide to finish 2nd here going a bit shorter when debuting Dec. 20th. Trainer wins at a 26% clip second time out and has breezed this daughter of 'Dublin' three times since her first race.
2nd pick: #1 (Super Allison) (6-1) - $230,000 daughter of 'Super Saver' has been idle for the past two months. She was bet in both starts in the fall on the main track here and returns off of some especially sharp works. Filly has the rail, and veteran Carlos Martin is adding blinkers.
3rd pick: #2 (Chocolate Smoothie) (3-1) - Well backed in her debut Jan. 10th, daughter of 'Ghostzapper' rallied to finish 2nd at this level on a sloppy track. Trainer Bruce Levine (12-for-41, 29% at the meet) brings her back quickly and had her work a a sharp three furlongs Jan. 27th.
4th pick: #3 (Bluemoonofsaratoga) (8-1) - Debuting filly has some fine works showing and is in the barn of Todd Pletcher (21% first out). He doesn't deal with many that cost only $24,000, but her a.m. drills are too sharp to just ignore.
