Top pick: #1 (HOLD THAT BROAD) (5-2) - Clearly the main speed, racing here on Nov. 21 he set the pace and held gamely the entire stretch, but came up a neck short. Gelding draws the rail, is brought back quickly, and runs third back off a 4 1/2 month layoff. Very tough in this spot.
2nd pick: #4 (Starforaday) (7-5) - He was an easy winner here on Nov. 13 racing for a $30K tag and that was his first off a claim by leading trainer Dave Jacobson. Veteran has back class, has always loved this surface, and is a threat right back.
3rd pick: #7 (Pleaseandthankyou) (4-1) - Lightly-raced and fast, he's gone (3-1-2-0) since being claimed by Jay Servis in early March. 4-year-old hasn't run since Sept. 23 at Monmouth when he was beaten a neck facing a bit better. Capable, but needs to avoid an early duel with "Hold That Broad."
