The Field vs. Tony Finau

Tony Finau won this tournament by a wide margin in 2022, shooting 26-under par. Cameron Young, Taylor Pendrith, and Patrick Cantlay finished T-2, five strokes back. Finau also won the 3M Open last year, played a week before the RMC, and he enters this week's action in much different form, finishing outside the top 30 in his last four tournaments. He does possess all the tools to repeat here, however (see matchup vs. Thomas below for data), and given the current course conditions, the returning champ can likely card a similar score as he did last July. Look for four more rounds in the mid-60s, and take Finau to win outright.
