Western Michigan at Miami Ohio

The MAC always has a lot of surprises as there is a lot of parity for the most part in this conference, and no dominant team year after year. Last week for instance Miami, O. lost as a 7-point favorite to Bowling Green. Western Michigan is just 1-6 on the season, but they have had the Red Hawks' number. Western Michigan has won 7 straight in this series with Miami, O. covering just 1. The Red Hawks have been favored twice in the season and failed to cover in both games. Miami, O. has been turnover reliant this season as they have turned their opponent over 13 times. Western Michigan is off a rare and painful 6 turnover game which I think has stretched this line some. A team that turns the ball over more than 5 times has an ATS record of covering at 54.4%. I like Western Michigan in this one.
