Washington State comes off its biggest win in years beating USC 30-27 and the Cougars now have gone UNDER four of their last six games dating to last season. Washington State has allowed an average of only 14.3 points per game excluding an overtime game against Boise State. The Cougars defense was even able to contain Sam Darnold, the Trojan quarterback known for late-game heroics Darnold was 15 of 29 for 164 yards with no touchdowns and one interception. Oregon had stayed UNDER two straight games before beating California 45-24 and going OVER by just three points. The Ducks are allowing 26.0 points per game compared to 20.2 for Washington State. The Cougars are 4-1 UNDER following an ATS win and Oregon has gone UNDER six of seven after a straight up win. Washington State has a formidable front seven on defense and actually had the third-best rushing defense in the Pac-12 last year and Oregon is making strides with new defensive coordinator, Jim Leavitt.
