Washington at Rutgers

Greg Schiano has Rutgers playing back to the level where it was when he coached his first stint with the Scarlet Knights. They are 3-0 and averaging 39.7 points and they come off a 26-23 victory over Virginia Tech. Athan Kaliakmanis threw for 269 yards and Kyle Monangai ran for 84 yards and a TD. Samuel Brown also rushed for two scores and Ian Strong caught four passes for 110 yards, including a 63-yarder. Rutgers is 6-0-2 ATS its past eight games following a win and 6-0-1 ATS its past seven September games. The Scarlet Knights have covered seven of 10 Friday home games. Washington comes off a 24-5 win over Northwestern while totaling 391 yards pf offense. Will Rogers was 20 of 28 for 223 yards with two TDs and Denzel Boston had seven receptions for 121 yards and two TDs. Rutgers has won four in a row dating to last season and will provide a tougher test for the Washington defense than the Wildcats did last week. Take Rutgers.
