Washington stormed back from two losses to defeat Arizona 49-39 with Michael Penix Jr. completing 36 of 44 for 516 yards (a school record) and four touchdowns with no picks and 53 points were scored by both teams in the second half. Don't expect an outburst like that in this matchup as California has scored only 22 points its past two games and one was in overtime, including the Golden Bears' 20-13 defeat in OT against previously winless Colorado on Saturday. The Bears have gone UNDER four of their past five games and have scored more than 20 in just one of them. Cal totaled only 297 yards of offense, including just 35 on the ground against the Buffaloes. Eight of the past 10 meetings have stayed UNDER and the Huskies are 19-7-1 UNDER their past 27 raod contests. The Bears are 24-9 UNDER their past 33 conference games. Penix will be too much for the Golden Bears to handle as he has 20 TDs against four interceptions and a 67.4 completion rate. Take Washington and the UNDER.
