Wake Forest vs. Missouri

To say that Wake Forest faded down the stretch would be an understatement as the Demon Deacons lost four of their final five games outright with a 1-4 ATS record. Sam Hartman has thrown 35 touchdown passes for the Demon Deacons, but also has 11 interceptions and that contributed to their recent slump. The Missouri QB is Brady Cook and he has thrown for 2,509 yards and 13 TDs with seven picks. Cook has recorded a 95.3 and 80.1 QB rating, respectively, his last two games against New Mexico State and Arkansas with four TD passes and no interceptions. Missouri has the motivational edge as it had to beat Arkansas to be bowl-eligible and the Tigers don't want to squander this opportunity especially after losing a close game 24-22 against Army in last year's Armed Forces Bowl. The Tigers have covered five of their past seven against teams with winning records and Wake Forest has allowed an average of 36.6 points its last five games and more than 300 total passing yards its last six games.
