This should be a great game! The Virginia Tech offense grades out as pretty much average, but the defense has been the story as the Hokies are allowing just 4.4 yards per play and have held six of their last seven opponents to a combined 37 points. The Miami offense has not topped 27 points in four straight games, but has won them all thanks to an elite defense of their own. The defenses are going to be the best two units on the field in this one, and I see a very low-scoring and intense physical battle. These teams have averaged just a total of 44 points in their last 11 meetings, and might come up shy of that in this one. Play on the UNDER.
