Virginia Tech at Duke

The Virginia Hokies are suffering through a very difficult season at 2-7. You have to go all the way back to the 1992 season when the Hokies won fewer than five games. The offense generates just 20.2 PPG, but the defense is allowing just 25 PPG. Duke is 6-3 on the season and has held down poor offensive teams this season. Virginia Tech will be one of the best defensive teams if not the best defensive teams they faced all season so I don't think the offense reaches their averages. Neither of these teams plays at a particularly fast pace. A team off of at least three games in a row that have played to the OVER, and average 31 PPG or more are 191-125 to the UNDER the last five seasons. Make the play on the UNDER.
