Virginia at Maryland

Virginia will try again to get its first win after bowing to James Madison 36-35 while covering as a 6.5-point underdog. The Dukes scored with 55 seconds left on a 10-yard pass from Jordan McCloud to Kaelon Black to defeat the Cavaliers who actually got a good game from QB Anthony Colandrea, who finished 20 of 26 for 377 yards and two touchdowns and an interception and he was named the ACC Rookie of the Week. Virginia had 395 total yards, but only 18 on the ground. Maryland is 2-0 straight up, but it hasn't covered two big point spreads against Towson and Charlotte. The 49ers got off to 14-0 lead before the Terrapins came back and outscored them 38-6 in the final three quarters. Virginia has covered four of five as an underdog of 10.5 or greater and the UNDER is 5-0 its past five games after totaling at least 280 passing yards its previous game. Maryland has gone UNDER five of seven and the Terrapins aren't ready to cover double-digit points. Take Virginia and the UNDER.
