Virginia at BYU

The BYU Cougars are very far under the radar. They are playing as an independent, and ultimately that may work to their advantage. The Cougars have a big time playmaking QB. At 3-0 and with a very favorable schedule remaining, the Cougars could run the table. Their toughest remaining game is at Boise State, who isn't the same caliber team they have been over the last decade, but they must not get tripped up here vs. Virginia, and they won't. The Cougars put themselves on the map by winning in Texas. It just wasn't a win, it was a 41-7 domination. Virginia is an improved team that hung with UCLA and beat Louisville last week by 2 points. That win spent a lot of emotion and energy, and they now have to travel 2,000 miles to play at a high altitude, which is not going to work in their favor. The Cavaliers have had trouble sustaining momentum at just 1-7 ATS when following a win.
