Vanderbilt at South Carolina

Vanderbilt got its second win of the season with a 30-28 victory over Connecticut, but then they got whitewashed, 42-0, at Florida last week. However, South Carolina hasn't been much better as it comes off a 45-20 defeat at Tennessee to drop to 3-3 on the year. The Gamecocks only victories have been against Eastern Illinois, East Carolina, and Troy as Shane Beamer is attempting to rebuild a program that returned only 12 starters. The Commodores have covered five of their last seven road games dating to last season, and South Carolina is just 3-8-1 ATS its past 12 games overall and 3-8 ATS its past 11 after losing by at least 20 points. Also, the Gamecocks are 1-8 ATS their last nine conference games and 1-4 ATS after allowing more than 40 points their previous game. South Carolina doesn't have the offense to lay this many points.
