The Utes are on top of the world after beating UCLA (then #8 in the country). There will be no sneaking up on the Beavers in this one. And, the truth is, this team has a QB controversy after last week as Kendal Thompson ran for 83 yards and led the win against UCLA, replacing starter Travis Wilson after two series. In that Bruins game, the Utes were actually outgained by 64 yards so let's not read too much into that game. It has affected this line which gives us value on the Beavers. Laying points on the road in the Pac-12 is a dangerous thing to do. Utah's offense produces nearly 20 points per game less on the road as compared to home. Under Mike Riley, Oregon State is 27-14 ATS in expected close games (those with a line of -3 to +3). Take the Beavers.
