Utah returns 16 starters and it showed in Week 1 when the Utes beat Florida 24-11 as Bryson Barnes filled in admirably for injured Cameron Rising with a 70-yard touchdown pass to Money Parks and rushed for another TD and the Utes' defense stymied the Gators, who were 1-for-13 on third down conversions and 2-for-5 on fourth down and they were held to only 13 yards rushing. The Utes are on a 6-2 ATS run dating to last season and their defense looks much-improved with nine returning starters. Baylor is off to a bad start losing 42-31 to Texas State as a 27-point favorite and the Bears are 1-4 ATS their past five games. It will be hard to recover from such an embarrassing performance and the Bears have lost five in a row. Blake Shapen was 21 of 31 for 303 yards and two touchdowns and Baylor piled up 524 total yards of offense, but was unable to slow down the Bobcats. This week's total is higher due to the Bears' defensive play last week and the home underdog is 8-1 UNDER in Baylor's past nine games as a home dog of 3.5-10 points. Utah has gone UNDER five of its past eight and the defense will shut down the Bears if last week against Florida is any indication. Dual Max Plays here: Take Utah to cover, and bet the UNDER.
