Utah State at Boise State

This game was supposed to be the finale of a perfect season and a chance to play for a National Championship for the first time ever for the Broncos. That all came tumbling down when a field goal went through the uprights at Nevada. It will be extremely difficult for Boise State to get it up for this game. Their season changed for the worse in an instant, and there is nothing left to chase except what could of been. We saw how losing the opener devastated Virginia Tech when Boise State beat them. They lost to James Madison, managing just 16 points. Those 16 points represented the lowest output of the year for the Hokies, and I don't think Boise State is coming out in this one in any better of a mental mindset. Utah State isn't the offensive team they were a year ago. They have had four games in which they scored seven or less on the season. Without Boise State putting up a huge number here, this one should fall short of the total.
