USC at California

How things have changed over the last two weeks for USC. The Trojans came into the season with the reigning Heisman Trophy winner and a stacked offense, cruising to a 6-0 mark. They made a trip to Notre Dame that ended in a shocking 48-20 defeat. They followed that up with a 34-32 loss to Utah at home. They now head to California, and it's hard to imagine this team is bringing their "A" game with them. It would take a lot to happen now for USC to get near making the playoffs, after just two weeks ago dreaming big and living large. USC has seen the offense go from averaging well over 50 PPG to averaging 26. Cal has a good enough defense to make USC work, and I'm sure with USC on the other side, Cal is going to be a tougher out than expected. The last 16 years have shown how these games have played and usually physically lower than anticipated scoring games. The last 16 meetings have seen the UNDER play out at 12-4. Make the play UNDER the total.
