UNLV at Air Force

UNLV has stayed UNDER its last two games and three of its last four after its stunning upset loss to Howard in the season opener.  The Rebels only had 10 first-half points and didn't score the rest of the way in their 41-10 loss to San Diego State. Armani Rogers completed only 44.4 percent of his passes for 177 yards and was under constant pressure.  Lexington Thomas ran for only 54 yards on 14 carries for the Rebels, who averaged only 3.4 yards per carry.  Air Force has lost four straight, including 48-45 to Navy last week when the Falcons finished with 340 yards on the ground, but allowed 471 rushing yards by Navy.  Quarterback Arion Worthman threw the ball only 16 times and completed nine for 257 yards.  Air Force uses a time-consuming option offense and the posted total is high for this matchup.  UNLV has gone UNDER four of its last five after a loss and Air Force has stayed UNDER 12 of its last 17 after scoring at least 40 points its previous game.  Look for this contest to stay UNDER the total.
