UL Monroe at Auburn

This is the third straight road game for UL Monroe. The Warhawks gave up 345 rushing yards (4.9 yards per carry) to Georgia Southern and 59 points, and also 640 yards to Oklahoma. At least the offense has a decent QB in Garrett Smith (six TDs, three INTs for 742 yards). He threw for 251 yards against the Sooners and 283 yards last week. The defense is terrible at #112 in the nation in yards allowed (477 per game). Monroe is 41-20-2 OVER the total when following a spread cover, plus 15-7 OVER against the SEC. They can't stop the run, either at #126 in college football. They are allowing 290.7 yards rushing per contest. They now get to face the triple-option ground attack of Auburn, #27 in the country with 234.8 yards rushing per game. Auburn has gone four straight games OVER against teams with losing records, including a 51-14 rout of winless Arkansas State two weeks ago. Play this one to finish OVER.
