UL Lafayette at UL Monroe

This is a huge rivalry game, and this season the UL Lafayette Ragin' Cajuns come in with a gaudy 9-2 record on the season. UL Monroe has improved off of last season's 2-10 finish and is 5-6. The Warhawks have held their own on defense, but the offense has been disappointing. They are averaging just 305 yards per game at just 5.3 yards per attempt. Louisiana has an elite passing attack that generates 9.2 yards per pass attempt. This game could get away from the Warhawks real fast, as Louisiana has quick-strike capability. Louisiana also has the better defense in this game. I think the Ragin Cajuns pull away from UL Monroe in the second half as they tire and are without quality depth. Make the play on Louisiana.
