UL Lafayette at Southern Miss

Southern Miss used to be a consistently good mid-major team as the Golden Eagles went through their golden age with 18 straight winning seasons. They have since struggled going 58-93 since 2011. They are 1-3 on the season, and 0-3 against FBS opponents where they have generated just 10.3 PPG. You are not going to win a lot of games with a very limited offense. UL Lafayette is 49-20 over the last six seasons, and won at Wake Forest last week. The Ragin Cajuns are 3-1 to start and have scored 33 points or more in all four games, including Tulane, and last week vs Wake. Just can't see Marshall scoring enough to make this game competitivve.
