UL Lafayette at Arkansas State

The UL Lafayette Ragin Cajuns have started to change form. They opened the season allowing 215 points to their first four opponents, at 53.8 points per game. To their credit, two of those teams were Tulsa and Texas A&M. They were forced into shootouts and scored 41 ppg of their own. Things have settled down from there and over their last two games the Ragin Cajuns have allowed a total of 23 points including seven last week vs. Texas State. Arkansas State has pushed the scoreboard themselves, but overall they are a breakeven team from the line of scrimmage, averaging 6.2 yards per play vs. a schedule of teams allowing 6.2. Those numbers say the higher scoring games are going to regress. The total looks too high in this one, so play on the UNDER.
