Colorado State has been both very good, and very bad over the years. It is a program that has not stayed down too long, or up for too long. The 10-win team from two years ago became a seven-win team last season. After last week's debacle vs. in-state rival Colorado, a team that had won just 13 games over the last five years, one has to question what does this team have left from two years ago when they were dominating? Colorado State and Colorado have met every season since 1995, and many times prior to that. They put so much preparation and energy into that game that the Rams have really crashed and burned in their next game, suffering a huge letdown. After the Colorado game, the Rams are just 4-15 ATS in their last 19. TX-San Antonio has not been around long in the FBS, but have more than held their own. They won their opener in unimpressive fashion, but for this program a win is a win. Last year they gave the Rams all they could handle, losing by just two points, and were out-gained by just six yards, and all this despite losing the turnover battle. The game would have gone to overtime if not for a safety against UTSA, when they were penalized in their own end-zone. Colorado State has played very poorly after Colorado, and this one was tight last year, and will likely be again. Take the points on TX-San Antonio.
