Tulsa at Memphis

The 2012-13 season was quite exciting for Tulsa as they finished the season at 11-3, culminating in a big Bowl win vs. the Big-12's Iowa State 31-17. It has been a rapid decline since then with the Golden Hurricane a not-so golden 4-15 since. This season they are an overtime win vs. lowly Tulane from being 0-6. Worse than that is their 0-9 SU record in that timeframe against .500 or better teams where they are 2-7 ATS. Tulsa has one of the worst defenses in the country. Memphis is a program on the move, and are 4-3 with the three losses to UCLA, Mississippi, and Houston. They have allowed just 69 total points in their five games vs. non-power conference teams, while scoring 212 themselves. It's needless to say that they have the capacity to score big against a poor defense, and keep a team that has averaged just 18.9 points per game in the last two years vs. a team .500 or better off the scoreboard. Lay the big points, and play on Memphis.
