Tulane at Tulsa

The good news for Tulsa is that they return nine players on defense from a team that held Tulane to 14 points last season. They will be facing a Tulane team that ranked #115 on offense a year ago that also lost their top running back, as well as their top receiver. So don't expect much on the offensive end, at least early on. This series has historically played below the number with five of the last six meetings falling shy of the total, and there is nothing I see here that makes this look much different than a year ago.
