Troy at Georgia Southern

Probably one of the best kept secrets in college football are the Georgia Southern Eagles. They have entered the Sun Belt and have had amazing success even against power conference oppnents. They run out of the triple option, and this year are doing so better than any other team in the country, grinding out over 400 yards per game on the ground at an amazing 7.5 yards per carry. They are 6-2 with the two losses to NC State by 1 point on the road, and Georgia Tech by 4 on the road. They are 6-0 vs. non-power conference teams, winning by a combined score of 297-112, so they certainly have the capacity to cover big numbers. Troy is in big trouble as they have allowed 5.7 yards per carry on the season to much less talented running attacks than they will see in this one. Troy is 1-7 on the season and has scored 20 or points less in six of those.
