Toledo at Wyoming

The Toledo Rockets went to Arizona last week to take on the Wildcats, with good and bad news. The good news was that the defense is much healthier than last year's version that was a big gaping hole late in the season. They did a great job vs. a BCS Conference team. They held Arizona to 17 points in regulation. The bad news is that the Arizona defense simply overpowered the high-flying Rockets’ offense. That should not be the case vs. Wyoming, who has a front seven on defense that is highly suspect. Wyoming has a lot of talent on offense, but they have a similar problem with their offensive line, as far too often was allowing defenders to disrupt the offense. Toledo has a tandem QB system with each player is experienced, good, and situational. I think the difference here is going to take place at the line of scrimmage, where I believe Toledo has the edge on both sides of the ball. Games are won and lost in the trenches, and Toledo becomes a live dog here. The Cowboys are just 13-29 ATS following a setback, and have not protected their home turf where they are now 9-19-1 ATS in their last 29. Play on Toledo.
