Texas A&M at Alabama

Texas A&M is allowing 15.0 points per game and Alabama only 9.3, making this posted total too high even though both have potent offenses. The last two meetings have stayed UNDER, including Alabama's 27-19 win last year that went UNDER by 10.5 points. Texas A&M stayed UNDER last week in its 48-10 win over Louisiana Monroe and Alabama went UNDER at Mississippi even while scoring 62 points. A&M's defense allows only 79.7 rushing yards per game compared to 105.0 for the Crimson Tide. Ole Miss scored a touchdown in the first quarter last week and that was all the scoring for the Rebels, who totaled only 248 yards of offense. Louisiana Monroe was held scoreless in the second half by the Aggies, who ran the ball 45 times for 281 yards on 6.2 yards per carry. They'll try to run it again this week although it will be a tough challenge against the Tide defense. The Aggies have gone UNDER in five of their last seven conference games and 10 of their last 14 after an ATS win. Look for this matchup to be similar to the last two seasons, so play the UNDER.
