Tennessee at Georgia

A lot was expected out of Tennessee with QB Tyler Bray running the offense. He has certainly lived up to those expectations. The problem is that the rest of the Volunteers have not. They were beaten badly by Florida at home by 17. So you would expect them to be playing with a chip on their shoulder last week vs. Akron, but they simply played poorly. Akron was within four points going into the four quarter, which is simply unacceptable. Many felt that Georgia was on the verge of rejoining the elite in the SEC, and they sure have shown that they are. They are ranked No. 5 now after four straight wins. Their defense is extremely good, especially now that everyone is back in the fold. QB Aaron Murray is coming of age and getting better with each passing game. The Bulldogs have a great chance at running the table, as they don't see Alabama or LSU, and get Florida at home. The Bulldogs have gone for 40+ in all four games including at Missouri. The Vols are now just 1-8 ATS in their last nine in the conference and 0-6 ATS in their last six as a dog. They are also 0-6 ATS dating back to last season when facing a high powered offense (teams tha score 31+ per game). The Bulldogs have failed to cover in just two of their last 16 when gaining 200+ on the ground in their previous game. Play on Georgia.
