Temple at Navy

Navy won eight or more games in 14 of 17 seasons, but things have really taken a left turn for this team. The Navy is just 9-20 in their last 29 games. This will be just their 2nd game in their last 30 as a home favorite. That game was this season against the FCS team Delaware. They managed 7 total points as a -13 point favorite. The problem is simple. They run the triple-option and are generating just 4.1 yards per carry, which is way to ordinary to sustain the drives they need to win. Temple has a good enough run defense to limit an average Navy running attack. Navy has a terrible pass defense, and I think Temple can get a couple of big plays here, and stops, to come in under a tough number for a Navy team that just isn't what we have seen in the past.
